These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phwi ("phwi," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phwi.one. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the phwi platform. This restriction applies per person, per Philippine mobile number, per email address, per device, and per verified payment method (including GCash wallet and PayMaya wallet). The registration or use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any balances held therein, and may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during the life of your account is true, accurate, current, and complete. phwi is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you. You must promptly notify phwi's support team of any changes to your registered information, particularly changes to your contact number or linked payment method.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwi account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phwi will never ask for your full password via any support channel. Any activity carried out through your phwi account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified phwi in writing that your account credentials have been compromised. phwi strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP verification on your account and using a unique password not shared with any other online service.
3.4 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your phwi account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending fraud investigations may not be immediately closed pending resolution of those matters.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum single deposit on the phwi platform is ₱100. The minimum single withdrawal is ₱300. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and by your phwi account tier. Current applicable limits are displayed within the Wallet section of your phwi account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phwi wallet within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to thirty (30) minutes to credit during standard banking hours. phwi is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or network disruptions on the provider's side.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by phwi within fifteen (15) minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification and are withdrawing to a GCash or PayMaya wallet. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule. phwi may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending additional identity verification where required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered under your own verified name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
phwi is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related PAGCOR directives. phwi reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers our internal AML monitoring thresholds, to delay processing of suspicious transactions pending investigation, and to report transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phwi are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available. In the event of any inconsistency between those promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your phwi account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only and not to any concurrent real-money balance. 5.3 Bonus Abuse
phwi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. 5.4 Expiry
Bonus funds and free spins that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. phwi is under no obligation to reinstate expired promotional credits.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwi platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software forming part of the phwi platform without the prior written consent of phwi.

phwi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) force majeure events including acts of God, war, natural disasters, government action, or nationwide network outages; (b) interruptions to internet or telecommunications services beyond phwi's reasonable control; (c) third-party payment provider failures or delays; or (d) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
phwi collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and phwi. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the phwi Privacy Policy.
phwi collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, government-issued ID details, and financial transaction records. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phwi, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. phwi's support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of being raised with phwi's support team, either party may refer the dispute to the relevant jurisdiction of the Philippine courts or to the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process, as appropriate to the nature of the claim. phwi's determination on matters of account policy, bonus eligibility, and technical malfunction outcomes is final and binding in the absence of demonstrable error.
